Mystery Tag

Game Description:
A dodgeball style game that helps kids learn the voices of their friends.
Game Rules:
Choose 2-5 kids to be it and give them dodge balls. If you get tagged by a dodge ball, then you must sit down on the ground, bring your knees up to your face, close your eyes and put your head down into the palms of your hands. To be freed, someone must come up behind you and put their hand on your back. Then, they must say your name (they can say it as many times as they want, but it is the only word they can say). The frozen person has ONE GUESS to figure out whose hand is on their back. If they guess right, they’re back in the game. If they guess wrong, they need to wait for someone else to come and save them. Switch taggers often to keep the game fresh and new!
Saftey Considerations:
Ensure shoe laces are tied. No head shots.
Adaptations (optional):
To spice it up, you can have the kids say silly or nonsense words instead of the student’s name.
Progression (optional):
Different locomotion style (hopping, jumping, skipping, galloping)
