Balance Beam Walk

Game Description:
Little ones love walking across balance beams!
Objective:
Walk across the balance beam.
Game Rules:
Set up the balance beam by laying out the blocks down. Start by having the children sitting down and send them one at a time to walk across the balance beam, wait about 5 seconds before sending the next child.
Saftey Considerations:
Stagger sending the children on the balance beam or blocks. If using a beam place mats down.
Adaptations (optional):
If you have a large group, add hoops to the end for children to jump through before getting back in line or a rope that they have to walk across.
Progression (optional):
To make the block beam more difficult set them up so they are not touching and they must step from block to block.
