Alligators in the River

Game Description: 
Fun locomotor game that is a twist on musical chairs.
Objective: 
Find a hoop so you don't turn into an alligator!
Game Rules: 
Scatter hoops in the playing area so there is 2-3 less hoops than children. Play music, during this time the children must move around the hoops. When the music stops, the leader calls out "ALLIGATORS IN THE RIVER" and children must try to find a hoop to stand in. If the child does not find a hoop, they must clap their hands really big and call out "CHOMP CHOMP CHOMP". This game is not elimination, continue playing each round.
Saftey Considerations: 
Make sure children know it is 1 person per hoop.
