Speed Ball

Game Description: 
Great warm up game that includes team work and multiple skills!
Objective: 
The goal of the game is to knock the other teams water bottle over by hitting it with the tennis ball. Set up two water bottles, 30-50 yards across from each other Split the group up into two even teams. Each team begins with a tennis ball.
Game Rules: 
Pass the ball to team mates to advance it, no running with the tennis ball. If the ball hits the ground it’s a turn over.
Adaptations (optional): 
Place a hula hoop around the water bottle if the "defence" are defending too close to the water bottle. Can use a dodgeball instead of a tennis ball to decrease difficulty.
