Frog Tag

Game Description:
A fun fantasy tag game to get kids running!
Objective:
Witches and Warlocks try to turn everybody in to frogs, while the princess or prince can save the frogs and get them back in the game!
Game Rules:
Choose two children to be the taggers, called the "Witches" or "Warlocks". Then choose one child to be a saver, called the "Prince" or "Princess". When someone is tagged by a Witch or Warlock they turn in to a frog and must crouch down, just like a frog. The only way for a frog to get back in the game is to get saved by the Prince or Princess. The Prince or Princess must run to a frog and "blow a kiss" (or high five the frog) in order to turn them back into a human. Freeze the game and switch up the children's roles after a few minutes.
Saftey Considerations:
Remind children to keep their heads up when they run, and to keep there tags gentle.
Progression (optional):
Place hoops (lily-pads) throughout the play area and advise the Prince or Princess that they can only save frogs who have hopped (just like a frog) onto a lily-pad.
