Game Description:
A great way to develop balance.
Objective:
To walk over, around and in all types of obstacles while balancing on bucket stilts.
Game Rules:
Place equipment such as pool noodles, hoops, cones and hurdles around the gym floor in a circular formation. Have one child at a time go through the obstacle course.
Saftey Considerations:
Remind the children to take small steps when they first start off to avoid losing their balance.
Adaptations (optional):
If you have a large group, make more than one obstacle course or allow more than one child to go through the course at a time.
