Body Bridges

Game Description: 
A creative warm up in which children make bridges with their bodies.
Objective: 
Make the best bridge according to the given criteria.
Game Rules: 
Instruct children to practice making bridges with their bodies. Different options including having the children make a bridge with 2 hands and 2 feet on the ground, with 2 hands and 1 foot on the ground, a bridge that is very high/low/wide/narrow and a bridge with your stomach facing the sky.
Saftey Considerations: 
Ensure ground is not slippery/dusty.
Progression (optional): 
Make bridges with a partner (4 feet on the ground; 2 feet + 2 hands on the ground; 4 feet on the ground and shoulders touching partner's shoulders)
