Bison Hunt

Game Description: 
A classic Manitoba game!
Objective: 
To not get speared by a hunter when a bison!
Game Rules: 
Have all the children be bisons, with two as hunters. The hunters must stand on the side of the playing area, and give them each a half noodle which acts as their spear. When you say go the bison run to the other side, trying to avoid being speared by a hunter. If a hunter throws their spear and gets a bison, the bison must lay on the ground. The hunter then must come and drag the bison to the side of the playing area, and then they become a hunter!
Saftey Considerations: 
Remind children to be gentle when pulling the bison, and show respect to the bison.

Add more or less hunters depending on your group size.
