Noodle Runs

Game Description: 
Fun activity that teaches children to lean forward while running.
Divide the kids into pairs and provide them with one noodle for each pair. Line up all the pairs on a staring line Have one partner put the noodle around their waist while the other partner holds the two ends behind them to keep it up and provide resistance. The partner with the noodle around them practices leaning forward while running. When the instructor yells DROP the partner holding the noodle lets go of one side of the noodle and the other partner runs to the cone (about 5 meters away) Switch partners next round
Saftey Considerations: 
Ensure the partner holding the noodle only drops one side of the noodle so the child running doesn't trip on the noodle.
