Hurdle Hop Relay

Game Description:
Team relay game!
Objective:
To get through the relay as fast as you can.
Game Rules:
Split the group up into two teams- even though they'll be working together as one big team. Designate a starting line and have to two teams line up beside each other in two lines. Have 5-6 hurdles lined up in front of each team about 3 feet apart. The first person in each group will start and run over the hurdles to get to the other side of the gym/field (designate an end point). The next person can go once the person in front of them has reached the other side of the gym/field. See how fast it takes each team to get to the other side. Do it again and see if they can beat their time. When running over the hurdles, if you hit one with your foot you have to go back to the start and start again.
Adaptations (optional):
Choose different actions to do over the hurdles- run, leap, jump, hop, etc.
