Basketbag

Game Description:
A fun team game to practice throwing, catching and teamwork.
Objective:
To score more points than the other team by throwing bean bags inside of the baskets, held by players in the middle.
Game Rules:
First outline a fairly large circle for the area where the basket holders will be. Divide the bean bags in to two colours. If you only have a few bean bags of each colour then split them up into similar colours. Divide the children into two teams, and assign each team one pile of bean bags. Each team must choose one person to hold the basket inside the circle, their goal being to catch as many of their teams coloured bean bags as they can. The rest of the players from each team must stand outside the circle and toss their teams bean bags into the baskets. The players may enter the circle only to pick up a bean bag. For every bean bag that you throw into your own teams basket, you get a point. For every bean bag that you throw into your opponents basket, you get 4 points. After a predetermined time limit, end the game and tell each team to count how many of their own beanbags are in their basket. Then add on 4 points for every bean bag they landed in their opponents basket. The team with the highest point total wins that round.
Adaptations (optional):
Make the circle larger to make successful throws more difficult
