Jumping Down the "V"

Game Description: 
Practice balancing and jumping with minimal equipment!
Objective: 
The goal of this activity is to practice jumping
Game Rules: 
Begin by taping a large V on the ground with painters tape. Have the children start at the narrow end of the V and jump with both feet along the V, the jump will get progressively harder as they go down the V. Make sure you do not make the V too wide or narrow. This should be challenging but not too difficult. Ask the kids to see how far they can get down the V.
Adaptations (optional): 
The width of the V can be adapted over time to continue to challenge the children through the length of the activity.
